All Ventures start with a simple dream and need quality ideas and effort to succeed. The Adventure Map guides Ventures through
4 stages of growth from "Simple Dream" to "Sincere Delivery". After registering online, teams are guided through the Venture stages through the ValuesVenture platform. This online module consist of essential questions that are accessible to Teams and Facilitators from the website.
Stage 1: Simple Dream
All Ventures need a point of inspiration to start. In Simple Dream teams examine the world around them and consider their audience, mission, and a concept for their message.

Stage 2: Smart Design
Basic research and planning is key to completing a Venture well. In Smart Design teams consider their individual and team roles, the most suitable or preferred media, and a plan of action.

Stage 3: Steady Direction
A Venture improves when learning is applied to the building process. In Steady Direction teams start building and discover resources and design principles that help refine the Venture.

Stage 4: Sincere Delivery
Real world benchmarks add an exciting dimension to a Venture. In Sincere Delivery teams share their products, assess their impact, and think of ways to innovate further.

In a Venture, learning takes place all the time and in different ways. Personal growth is guided through Check-Ins at the end of each Stage. These may be conducted face to face or online. Check-Ins are where Facilitators can play a major role to guide the reflection and insights needed to foster growth.

Areas of Learning:
- Social Learning happens as participants experience working in a volunteer team to impact a target group in society
- Emotional learning takes place as an inner journey leading to the formation of personal dispositions, values and
- Adventure Learning is created through the experience of taking on real-world challenges to complete a Venture.
Venture Teams may explore a Theme in any of 5 New Media publishing Tracks: Videos, Songs, Blogs, Widgets and Badges. These tracks are diverse to offer a range of creative options for everyone.
Tell a YouTube Story: If you love making short video clips with a handphone or digicam: it's time to share an inspiring story on YouTube!
Share an Original Song: Are you a budding musician and curious about songwriting? Develop your craft and share it!
Setup a Themed Blog: Keen on writing? Band together with others to anchor a themed blog on an important youth issue.
Build a Widget: If you're a technology whiz, try creating a widget, the new Lego of the online world!
Design a Web Badge: A talent in art and design? Discover the best way to present an online Values campaign.
- Ventures may form with 4-6 members.
- Team Members must complete all online checkpoints to qualify for full awards and credits.
Teams should ideally have 2 leaders covering the following roles:
- Team Planning (suggesting what to do, how and why)
- Team Communication (reminding who's involved, when and where)
Team Facilitators are supervising adults or youth leaders as appointed by a sponsor organisation. Team Faciltators are involved at the following Venture checkpoints:
